Each location pays its own base
Every paid location brings 3 bookable groomers. On Minnow AI it also brings 300 minutes a month.
Groomers pool across the business
Two locations include 6 groomers. Four at one salon and two at the other is six, with nothing extra to pay. A groomer who works at both counts once.
Every location on the same plan
Your team, calendar and price book are shared across your locations, so Minnow AI answers for all of them or none. Each location on Minnow AI brings 300 minutes.

Included minutes reset each month
A five-groomer salon gets 500 minutes a month. Use 350 and the other 150 do not carry over. The next month starts at 500 again.
Purchased minutes roll over
Buy a 500-minute pack and use 150 of it. The other 350 stay on your account until you use them, as long as Minnow AI stays on.
Included minutes are used first
Each month starts on your included minutes. Purchased minutes are only touched once those are gone. The app shows how many are left and warns you before you run out.
When every minute is used, callers get a text back and the same booking finishes over SMS. Nobody loses an appointment.

Minouflow is the platform.
You do not need Minnow AI on your phone to get the calendar, online booking, client files, reminders, payments and reports. Move your calendar over, set up your services and prices, and get comfortable first.
Minnow AI does a job.
Answering the phone is work, and every minute costs us. So it is priced on its own, and the minutes grow with your team. A busy three-groomer salon that misses calls all day gets as much out of it as a big one.
