Checkout takes the payment and closes the appointment in the same step. Payments go to your salon's own Stripe account, and Stripe pays out to your bank.

Charge the card saved at booking from checkout.

Texted payment link
Text the client a link. They pay on their own phone with Apple Pay or a card.

Cash or other
Log cash, a check, Venmo or another card reader. Nothing goes through Stripe.

A gift card can be applied first. The payment that finishes the bill only charges what is left.

Minouflow works with the Stripe Reader S700. Buy it from your Stripe dashboard, then pair it in Settings with the code on its screen. The reader has no monthly fee.

Tips are asked once.
The tip question shows on the screen of the person paying. Set your tip percentages in Settings. The card reader, the payment link and checkout all show the same ones, along with No tip and Custom.

The rate covers card processing. You can add a card fee to in-person card payments in Settings. It is off until you turn it on.
Before the appointment.
Deposits
Reduce no-shows or late cancellations by requiring a deposit from everyone, from new clients only, or from specific clients. It applies to their bill automatically at checkout.

Store a card at booking and charge your own late-cancel and no-show percentages automatically.
