Online booking

Take bookings from an easy to use, salon branded booking page. Client and pet information gets saved in between visits without needing to make an account or a password.

02

Service group pricing

Doodles and curly coats14 breeds
Up to 40 lbs2 hr$95
40 to 70 lbs3 hr$138
Over 70 lbs3 hr 30$172

Save time during set up and price increases by using service groups to bundle breeds with the same sizing and pricing. Each service group has its own set of rules and weight ranges to apply to each applicable breed.

03

Booking approval

Decide whether online bookings book straight on your calendar or wait for your approval. Each client can have their own set of rules to prevent auto approving clients who owe fees before booking. The appointment time stays held while a request is pending.

04

Booking links by text

Hold an appointment from your calendar and text it for the client to confirm from their phone. Unclaimed holds release themselves back to your calendar.

05

Automated waitlist

OpeningTuesday 10:00am with Jess
Sara D.Texted
Priya K.Texted
Ben A.Texted

Keep your calendar full with automatic texting to clients on the waitlist who qualify for the opening.

06

Smart Adaptive booking

Book repeat appointments weeks or months in advance. Repeat appointments will flag unavailable times and move to an approved appointment time. Adjust the rules in settings and individual client profiles, set a client's preferred day and time, or let the system learn from their own booking history.

07

Deposits

Reduce no-shows or late cancellations by requiring a deposit from everyone, from new clients only, or from specific clients. It applies to their bill automatically at checkout.

08

Card on file and no-show protection

Card saved at booking
No-show, 10:15am50% charged, $69

Store a card at booking and charge your own late-cancel and no-show percentages automatically.

Calendar and scheduling

Easy to use smart calendar with custom color appointments, drag and drop rescheduling, and drag to extend an appointment right from the calendar. Prices update automatically when an appointment's length changes.

02

Tub and table limits

Set how many tubs and tables each location has. Bookings that would crowd them are flagged as you book and collected on your Front desk.

03

Booking flags and tags

AnxiousBarker
Kept out of the same hour

Create flags and tags to identify which dogs have special booking needs. In settings you can enable avoiding the same tags or two separate tags from booking at the same time. An anxious dog will flag when booking during a time a known barker is booked.

04

Groomer to dog matching

Each groomer can be set to take dogs tagged as more difficult to groom, or any tag combinations your salon needs. Those rules apply to even online booking, only showing clients availability of those groomers. The rules still apply if a client rebooks under a new profile.

05

Flexible lunch scheduling

Lunches can be set to move automatically during certain times of the day to minimize gaps. Online booking and the assistant will not book over lunches or blocked time.

06

Front desk

Open one screen each morning for what is waiting on your approval, who texted overnight, any issues flagged for the day, and who is on the clock.

07

Check-in and lobby board

Mark dogs in as they arrive, from the calendar or a screen at the desk, and see everyone in the building on one board.

08

Car check-in

Let clients check in from the parking lot by texting HERE or tapping the link in their reminder. Their whole household is marked arrived while keeping your lobby clear.

09

My day

On your table

Bella, Full groom

10:00am to 1:00pm

Otis1:30pm
Wren3:15pm

Give every groomer their own screen for today. The dog on their table is highlighted with its appointment information, the rest of their day shows in order, and they can text an owner in one tap if they are running late.

10

Step timing

Show bathers and apprentices a planned clock window for each step of the groom, so they can learn how to pace specific to your salon.

11

Appointment history

See who moved an appointment, when, and what changed. Nothing is deleted without a record.

12

Schedule optimization

Offer booking times that sit directly against appointments you already have, so the day fills without gaps. Set the packing rules per salon.

03

Clients and dogs

Keep every client and every dog in one place, and see it before the leash is in your hand.

Client and pet profiles

Store contact details, flags, notes, haircut history, second contacts, photos, and visit history.

02

Custom forms

Build your own forms question by question, then use one at booking, send it as a link, or fill it out at the desk. Completed forms save to the client's profile, and regulars are not asked twice.

03

Coat photos at booking

See the dog's condition before it is standing in your lobby. Heavy matting is flagged for a look with the extra time already added.

Photograph the rabies certificate and the expiry date is read off it automatically. A lapsed certificate shows a warning on the morning that dog is on your schedule.

05

Pre-groom briefs

Get a short read on the dog's behavior, last haircut and health notes right before check-in, without reading the whole file.

AI booking assistant

Reply to client texts, answer questions and book the appointments worth taking while your hands are full. Anything urgent gets flagged for a human.

02

Confirmations and reminders

Send confirmations and reminders on your own custom schedule. A household with more than one dog gets a single message.

03

Two-way texting

Send, receive and reply to client texts from one place. Every text saves to the client's file, and unread ones stay flagged until a person replies.

04

Missed call text-back

Text a missed caller your booking link before they try the salon down the street. Voicemail comes back written out and summarized onto the client's file.

05

Email and text

Send the same message as an email in your salon's branding, from your salon's own address. Choose text, email or both for each kind of message.

06

Tag-triggered messages

Tag a dog or an appointment and the matching message sends itself. A puppy's first groom gets a text about what to expect, and a pelted dog gets after care information.

07

Voice receptionist

Answer the phone with the same assistant that runs your text line. It quotes prices from your own price list and books real openings. Anything sensitive goes to a person.

01

Staff schedules

Build schedules that repeat weekly, every other week, or for a single day. Approved time off blocks online booking as soon as it is saved.

02

Time off requests

Let groomers request time off from their own phone on a month calendar. Approving a request updates the schedule and blocks online booking automatically.

03

Staff logins and permissions

Invite staff by email or a text link, and choose what each staff, manager and owner account is allowed to change.

04

Weight limits and capabilities

Set which groomers take large dogs by weight limit. Online booking only offers groomers who can take the dog being booked.

05

Calendar sync

Give each groomer a private link that adds their shifts to Google, Apple or Outlook calendars. The link is read-only and can be revoked at any time.
